  • Our typical turnaround time is 1 month or less which ensures the watch is away for as little time as possible. This may vary depending on availability of parts.

  • We wish we could have in person interaction every time. However, we can only be in one place at one time. Therefore, insured, signature required shipping is our method or receiving and sending watches. As soon as we are contacted you get consistent updates about watch receipt and progress of service of your beloved timepiece.

  • We currently do not sell parts and strictly focus our efforts on repairing and servicing wrist and pocket watches.

  • We are currently not doing dial and case restoration at this time.
